Fortis Law Partners is seeking a Full time Commercial Litigation Attorney with 2-8 years of commercial litigation experience.

Pursuant to Colorado’s “Equal pay for Equal Work Act,” Fortis Law Partners provides the following information:
Pay Range:

  • $150,000 – $210,000 salary per year, depending on experience

Additional benefits:

  • Annual discretionary bonus
  • Annual business development stipend and bonus
  • 3% annual 401k contribution
  • Company-paid medical dental, vision, life, and disability insurance for employee only
  • Company-paid Parking
  • Company-paid bar admission and other professional licensing fees

Position:

Fortis Law Partners’ Corporate Team is seeking a corporate attorney with 3+ years of experience with focus on M&A, general corporate and other business law matters.

Experience:

  • Substantive experience in mergers and acquisitions
  • Substantive experience in any of the following areas is a plus: venture capital and emerging company transactions, general corporate governance, and commercial matters

Pursuant to Colorado’s “Equal pay for Equal Work Act,” Fortis Law Partners provides the following information:

Pay Range:

  • $150,000 – $225,000 salary per year
  • Billable hour requirement anywhere from 1500-1750

Additional benefits:

  • Annual discretionary bonus & Quarterly billable hour bonus
  • 3% guaranteed annual 401k contribution
  • Company-paid medical dental, vision, life, and disability insurance for employee only
  • Company-paid Parking
  • Company-paid bar admission and other professional licensing fees
