Stacia Kuhn is a Partner at Fortis Law Partners in the commercial real estate group, and has more than 20 years’ experience in providing analysis and advice to local and national clients in the areas of real estate transactions, business acquisitions, and sales and general corporate law. Stacia represents a wide variety of businesses, developers, investors, property owners, landlords and tenants in a variety of commercial real estate matters, including negotiating, documenting and closing commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial lease transactions, financing, entitlements and land use development.

Brady Welsh serves as director of leasing and development with INDUSTRY. Providing strategic solutions to commercial real estate owners, developers, tenants and investors, Brady is extensively involved in strategic planning, finance, design, construction, marketing and the operations of adaptive collaborative office and industrial development projects.

Lee Diamond is senior vice president of CBRE's Advisory & Transaction Services Group, specializing in strategic consulting and lease restructuring for local and international corporate clients. Lee's services include risk mitigation, cost restructuring, downsizing or growth strategies, and relocation services. Over a 17 year career, Lee has executed over 700 transactions and approximately 5,000,000 square feet on behalf of over 100 different clients.

John Bauknight serves as the development director for Confluent Development. His responsibilities include sourcing and managing new developments in office, industrial and mixed-use commercial real estate. John’s project execution includes analyzing deal economics while managing legal negotiations, design consultants, general contractors and government entitlement processes.

Sarah Hogan is a business performance advisor for Insperity, providing an array of human resource services and solutions that enable business owners to be more systematic and strategic about the role employees play in the success of a company and how HR departments must adapt to the changing workforce.
