John Bauknight serves as the development director for Confluent Development. His responsibilities include sourcing and managing new developments in office, industrial and mixed-use commercial real estate. John’s project execution includes analyzing deal economics while managing legal negotiations, design consultants, general contractors and government entitlement processes.
