Highly regarded local attorney, Julian Izbiky, brings decades of M&A experience and a passion for helping business owners
DENVER (Aug. 25, 2021)—Denver-based law firm, Fortis Law Partners, is pleased to welcome Julian Izbiky as a new partner. Izbiky joins Fortis from Izbiky & Langer PLLC, the firm he founded in 1988. He has devoted most of his career to assisting small to mid-level businesses with mergers and acquisitions, earning an impeccable reputation as a highly sought-after legal partner for business owners, business brokers, investment bankers and SBA lenders.
Izbiky’s expertise spans a broad range of business law. He particularly enjoys working with buyers and sellers of businesses and has managed numerous M&A transactions, varying in size from several hundred thousand dollars to tens of millions of dollars, throughout his decades-long career.

Izbiky has an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, considered the gold standard in attorney ratings and only earned by an elite group of approximately 10 percent of all attorneys. He regularly speaks on business law topics at continuing legal education courses and is a member of the Colorado and American Bar Associations, as well as the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries.

Izbiky earned his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and his law degree from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, hiking, walking his rescue dog Maisey and rooting for the Colorado Rockies.
