Kaitlyn Dehmer is in her final year of obtaining her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. As a law clerk at Fortis, she offers skilled support in M&A matters, including conducting due diligence, and assists in drafting and reviewing company bylaws and shareholders’, non-disclosure and purchase agreements. In addition, Kaitlyn is an excellent researcher and regularly conducts research for the firm in the area of corporate governance, and an array of other matters.
Kaitlyn is currently the associate editor of the Denver Law Review and also serves as the Vice President of the DU Women’s Legal Coalition. Before joining Fortis, Kaitlyn was a law clerk at the Reddick Moss law firm and held a legal internship at TTEC, a Customer Experience Software as a service (CXSaaS) company.

When not in school or working, Kaitlyn enjoys reading crime fiction novels, practicing hot yoga, discovering new places to eat and running.
