Kaitlyn Dehmer is a member of the corporate law team at Fortis, where she focuses on assisting clients in entity formation, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law and governance. Prior to becoming an associate at Fortis, Kaitlyn held the role of law clerk at the firm, where she provided skilled support in M&A matters, including conducting due diligence and assisting in drafting and reviewing company bylaws and shareholders’, non-disclosure and purchase agreements. In addition, Kaitlyn regularly conducted research for the firm in the area of corporate governance and various other matters.
Before joining Fortis, Kaitlyn was a law clerk at the Reddick Moss law firm and held a legal internship at TTEC, a Customer Experience Software as a service (CXSaaS) company.
Kaitlyn obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in May 2022.
