Paola Jaime Saenz

Paola is a member of Fortis’ litigation team. She has experience defending clients in complex and commercial litigation, general litigation, and health law. Paola is capable of leading all stages of the civil litigation process, from pre-litigation strategy to settlement and trial. Paola has practiced in both state and federal court and enjoys advising clients on litigation process and strategy.

Before joining Fortis, Paola spent several years in the litigation department at a civil defense law firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She also worked as a full-time legal intern for the U.S. E.E.O.C. Appellate Division in Washington, D.C. As a law student, Paola served as a judicial extern for The Honorable James O. Browning, a U.S. District Judge in Albuquerque, and was a Manuscript Editor for the New Mexico Law Review. Paola was named Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” in Commercial Litigation and Health Law in 2023.
